All UK orders ship through Royal Mail's "First Class Tracked and Signed For" service, ensuring next working day delivery, contingent on Royal Mail strikes or local postal worker issues.

International orders ship via Royal Mail's "First Class Tracked and Signed For" service. Delivery takes 5-10 working days, depending on your country's customs regulations and local postal carriers.

Both services are insured, ensuring no lost items. A tracking number is supplied for monitoring your order's progress.
ORDERING
Products from my online store will be prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days.

Custom and commissioned based work require more time; once the design is approved, a specific timeframe will be established.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I'm confident you'll be thrilled with your Effie's Elements purchase. If not completely satisfied, I gladly offer exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Should you need to make a return, please contact us beforehand. When sending items back, we advise using insured special delivery, as we're not liable for transit losses. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and always keep proof of postage.
Apologies, but due to health and hygiene regulations, we can't accept returns of pierced items unless they have structural defects.

SIZING
When ordering rings and jewellery online, I would suggest having your finger sized at a high street jeweller. This complimentary service takes about two minutes.
